I've been a happy customer for 20+ years. Their staff and Oticon hearing aids have always been top notch. Filming, recording, and producing videos for live bands has made my hearing a mission critical priority. The Oticon hearing aids that I've bought through The Better Hearing Center have enabled me to focus on producing soundtracks with complete confidence that I'm hearing exactly what the bands are generating, as well as any interfering sounds that need to be eliminated.

I am 74 years old and have been utilizing the services of the Better Hearing Center for decades now. Melissa Burt and her wonderful staff of professionals are simply THE BEST! I am always treated with great care and given the best of hearing tests, ongoing servicing of my hearing aids, and the feeling that I am important to them. Melissa always answers all of my questions and delivers the total experience of a caring professional who values her patients. I highly recommend the Better Hearing Center to anyone looking for top notch care and service in a welcoming, warm environment. Thank you so much for all that you do for me!

I've been a client for over 15 years. Tyrone and the Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful with all my Hearing Aid needs. They provide top-notch hearing aid equipment and service. I won't go anywhere else!

I saw Tyrone for my hearing test and exam. I could not be more pleased with my experience!!! He was very knowledgeable, as well as personable and professional. We built an easy rapport while I was tested, and he explained everything I was going through and the causes. I recommend this place 100%!

Highly recommended!
Tyrone and the staff are professional, helpful and personable. Clearly capable and knowledgeable, they use state of the art equipment effectively and efficiently. After a comprehensive hearing exam, Tyrone discussed options clearly and was able to adjust my hearing aids precisely and easily.
Tyrone helped set up the program for my Oticon aids on my phone and explained all of the features so that I can get the greatest benefit. I was hearing perfectly (for the first time in 20 years!) in about an hour and a half, test, fitting, adjustment and explanation of feature all included. I have had hearing aids in the past and wished I had know about them sooner.

would give this place 6 stars if i could . was seen by the owner . great staff great service . they saw i was having some stress and saw me an hour and a half earlier then my appointment . thank you so much . i will be referring people to this place every chance i get .

Such an awesome experience. My husband got hearing aids~ had been after him for years. Now he has them and we are both SO happy. From the first day, it's been the best experience. The office staff and the owner Melissa are absolutely amazing! Melissa took her time with us and made us feel like we were her top priority. You just don't get that anymore.....it's get 'em in, get 'em out. Not here! Technology has come a long way. If you're thinking about hearing aids~ I highly recommend The Better Hearing Center. I can't imagine you'll get better service or a better experience anywhere else.

They they set me up with the hearing aids I needed for my hearing loss no complaints whatsoever highly highly highly recommend this place wonderful staff they won't sell you what you don't need
